Bosch 800 Series 36-in 5 burners Stainless steel Gas Cooktop

The Bosch 800 Series 36-in Gas Cooktop (NGM8659UC) is a professional-grade stainless steel cooking surface defined by its FlameSelect® technology, which offers nine precisely calibrated power levels for the gas flame. This eliminates the guesswork of traditional "turn-and-look" dials, providing the same repeatability found on induction or electric surfaces. With a high-output 17,000 BTU dual-flame burner and illuminated safety indicators, it balances heavy-duty power with refined control.

• FlameSelect® Precision: Delivers nine pre-defined power levels for each burner, allowing you to easily adjust the flame to the exact same intensity every time for consistent cooking results.
• 17,000 BTU Dual-Flame Power Burner: Features two rings of fire; use the inner ring for low simmers (levels 1-3) or both rings for maximum heat (levels 4-9) to boil or sear rapidly.
• LED Power & Residual Heat Indicators: Control knobs feature embedded red LED light lines that glow when a burner is in use and remain lit to warn you if the grates are still hot to the touch.
• OptiSim® Burner: Specifically designed with a wider, thicker cap to diffuse heat evenly, making it ideal for melting chocolate or simmering delicate sauces without scorching.
• Dishwasher-Safe Continuous Grates: The heavy-duty cast iron grates are treated with a special enameling process, allowing them to be cleaned in the dishwasher without stripping the finish.
• Seamless Stainless Steel Design: The one-piece stainless steel surface provides a sleek, low-profile look that sits nearly flush with the countertop and contains spills for easy cleanup.
• Electronic Re-Ignition: Automatically generates a spark to relight the burner if the flame is accidentally blown out by a draft or extinguished by a spill.
• Centralized Front Controls: All five knobs are positioned front-and-center for easy access, ensuring you don't have to reach over hot pans to adjust the temperature.
