Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days on unopened and undamaged items for store credit only, less a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds. Appliances, special order items, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

The return rules above apply to standard returns. Qualifying appliance warranty service is separate and is described below.

Pickup & storage

Orders must be picked up within 3 days of purchase. After that, a $7 per day storage fee will apply to each order. Orders left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered canceled and subject to a 20% restocking fee, with any remaining balance issued as store credit only.

Appliance warranty

Your appliance includes a complimentary 1-year CPS warranty from the purchase date. The CPS coverage begins after the first 30 days. During the first 30 days, our store will cover any qualifying repairs, and if the appliance cannot be repaired, we will exchange it or issue a refund. After 30 days, CPS coverage applies with a $100 deductible per claim. If you ever need to use the warranty, just contact our store and we will provide your policy information.
